Try these in order and stop as soon as it loads.

1. 01Move the loader into the same folder as DirectML.
2. 02Delete the models folder. It builds itself again on the next launch.
3. 03Update your graphics drivers, then restart the PC.
4. 04Turn off your integrated graphics in Device Manager, so the AI runs on your real graphics card.

You are missing one file. Download it and put it in the same folder as the loader — not in System32, not in the Rust folder.

1. 01Turn off Secure Boot in your BIOS. The tool below will not work while Secure Boot is on.
2. 02Download the tool and run it as Administrator.
3. 03Restart the PC, then open the loader.

Not sure about Secure Boot? Press Win + R, type msinfo32, press Enter, and look at the Secure Boot State line. It has to say Off.
